These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and cuci356 ("cuci356", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the cuci356 online gaming and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Services").

cuci356 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving users primarily located in Malaysia, including but not limited to Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account with cuci356, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. cuci356 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in line with responsible gambling best practices applicable to online casino and sports betting operations serving the Malaysian market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, whether imposed by cuci356 or by any third-party responsible gambling scheme.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee of cuci356 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.

By registering an Account, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this clause. Should any of these requirements cease to be satisfied after registration, you are obligated to notify cuci356 immediately and cease using the Services.

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information current at all times.

You must create a secure password and are solely responsible for maintaining its confidentiality. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. cuci356 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.

cuci356 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification document (such as a Malaysian national identity card or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.

cuci356 supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.

All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered solely in your own name. cuci356 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any transaction where a mismatch is identified between the Account holder's identity and the payment method owner.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• DuitNow / FPX / Malaysian Bank Transfer: Typically within 15 minutes; not exceeding 1 business day in normal operating conditions.
• e-Wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Typically within 30 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT): Subject to network confirmation times; typically within 1–4 hours.

cuci356 does not charge platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which cuci356 has no control.

cuci356 offers various promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and migration bonuses. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general Terms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all cuci356 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. One bonus claim per promotion per household, device, and payment method applies.
• Wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x).
• During the wagering period, a maximum bet cap applies. Bets placed with bonus funds exceeding the stated maximum bet limit (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round) may result in the bonus and derived winnings being voided.
• Bonus expiry windows are stated per promotion — typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the time of expiry result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's detail page.
• cuci356 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time where abuse or exploitation is suspected or confirmed.

cuci356 offers sports betting across a broad range of markets including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Serie A, the UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. Live in-play betting and Mix Parlay betting are supported across eligible sports markets.

Slot and casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. cuci356 does not manipulate game outcomes, and all Return to Player (RTP) rates are published within each game's information panel.

The following general betting rules apply:

• Bets accepted and confirmed by the cuci356 system are binding. A bet is considered placed and final upon confirmation being displayed to the User.
• cuci356 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including situations where obviously incorrect odds were published due to a technical or human error.
• cuci356 reserves the right to impose betting limits on any individual Account at its sole discretion, without being required to disclose the reason for doing so.
• In the event of a disconnection during live betting, bets already confirmed at the time of disconnection remain valid.
• For sports betting, results are determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body for that competition. cuci356 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve ambiguous results, but its decision on settlement is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci356 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the platform in a manner designed to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that artificially interacts with the platform.
• Colluding with other Users to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus programmes through coordinated account abuse or arbitrage strategies designed to extract value without genuine participation.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other method of IP obfuscation.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at cuci356 staff or other users.

All content, materials, software, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the cuci356 platform — including but not limited to the "cuci356" brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, and promotional materials — are the exclusive property of cuci356 or its licensed content providers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cuci356 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of cuci356's intellectual property may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci356 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or data arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond cuci356's reasonable control (including but not limited to force majeure events).
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised access to your Account.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages of any kind arising from these Terms or use of the Services.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

cuci356's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit cuci356's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the cuci356 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending wagering requirements and standard KYC verification.

cuci356 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Conduct that cuci356 reasonably believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to the platform or other users.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Inactive accounts — Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. cuci356 will provide notice before applying any dormancy policy to the Account balance.

Where an Account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, cuci356 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance including real-money funds, bonus funds, and any pending withdrawals, without liability to the User.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to cuci356's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

In the first instance, cuci356 encourages Users to resolve any disputes directly with our support team. Please contact our support team at the email address listed in the Contact section below. cuci356 commits to responding to all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days.

If a dispute concerning a game outcome is raised, cuci356 will review the relevant game log and server data. The decision of cuci356 following such review shall be final and binding in the absence of manifest error.

cuci356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, cuci356 will notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent in-platform notification, providing reasonable advance notice where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version came into effect. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the cuci356 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account as described in clause 11 above.
